The main unit runs with the a central shaft driven by a transmission device .The top of the shaft is connected with a quincunx stand,on which a grinding roller is installed to form a awing support ,the grinding roller not only rotates around its own axis ,but also rotates around the grinding ring and rotates itself due to the friction. There is spade system under the quincunx stand ,which is at the bottom end of the grinding roller .During rotation of the spade and the rollers ,materials will be fed into the space between rollers and ring to form a material layer.The materials will be grinded due to centrifugal force.
This Grinding mill,a horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. This machine is a grid type .The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling machine along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse , there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and different specification steel grindings are installed on the scaleboard, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force ,at this time , the steel grinding is carried to some height and falls down to make the material heavy striked and grinded . After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel grinding and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the final products are completed?br /> The Grinding Mill are mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of mining,metallurgy,chemical,and contruction materials,etc. They can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9 and humidity below 6% ,such as quartz,feldspar,calcite,talcum,marble, ceramics ,iron mine,soft coal ,dolomite,active carbon,plum sandstone,basalt,etc.
